As the lead financial advisor at CEC Financial Group, I specialize in providing comprehensive wealth management services to our clients. With over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals and secure their futures.
After earning my Bachelor in Business Education, I transitioned to the insurance industry in 1984, where I owned and operated an Allstate Agency. In 2008, I joined forces with my wife, Debi, to bring wealth management services in-house at CEC Financial Group, combining our expertise to offer a holistic approach to financial planning.
Throughout my career, I have found great satisfaction in making a positive impact on the lives of others. I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and earning their trust, which has brought immense joy to my professional journey. I feel fortunate to have met so many wonderful individuals, many of whom I call my friend.
In addition to my professional work, I am deeply committed to my community and church. I have served in various volunteer roles, including Parish Trustee, Finance and Pastoral Councils member, and Fundraising and Long-Term Planning Committees. I am currently the Ex-Officio member of the Parish’s School Board. Previously, I have volunteered for teen retreat programs for the Diocese of Belleville, such as Luke 18, Quest, and TEC. I serve as the GHIN Administrator at Waterloo Country Club and have been an officer of Mystic Oak’s golf league for over 20 years.
Outside of work, I have a passion for golf and travel, especially when I can combine the two. Did I mention I've been to 49 of the 50 continuous US States?! I am proud to have won eight club championships, nine senior club championships, and several two-person tournaments, with the most satisfying victorious coming alongside my son Brandon. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's working in the yard or hosting cookouts with cocktails on the back patio with family and friends.
